ONLINE COURSES

I’ve created several online courses you can work through in your own time.

They're designed to improve your health, mindset and sense of relaxation.

In the most practical way, from the comfort of your own home. With me holding your hand!

When you sign up you’ll receive instant access to the online platform, via a username and password.

As well as access to an online community of like-minded women. Where you can ask questions and get support.

The course materials include video, audio, and written guides. You’ll have lifetime access to them.

GROUP PROGRAMMES

Aside from the corporate Worry Workshop, which is held in person, all group coaching programmes will be carried out over Zoom.

My 1-2-1 programmes are delivered online via Zoom.

Appointments for Resolve and Elevate are usually held at weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals.

The Rapid Breakthrough package is a one-off extended coaching session carried out in one appointment, over the course of 3-4 hours.

Ultimately your coaching plan will be specific to you.
