EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a westernised non-invasive form of acupuncture.

Also known as - Meridian Based Therapy, Tapping and Psychological Acupressure. Its roots are in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

EFT uses the body’s energy system. Which can become blocked by negative or traumatic memories, thoughts or events. The result is negative emotions.

It’s believed, to be free of physical and psychological pain and disease, your energy channels must be calmed.

Specific points of your body (energy hot spots) are tapped to release negative blocks, free up the energy flow and restore holistic balance.

In addition, statements - which talk directly to your subconscious mind - are used. These allow you to accept problems and free yourself from negative emotions quickly.


EFT can be used for many things:
