I'm no different to you. I'm not immune to stress and fluctuations in my well-being. But that's what brought me to the work I love to do today.

Balancing the demands of running two thriving businesses with the joy and chaos of family life means I need to take care of myself.

I'm a dedicated mum to two fab children and two spirited fur babies. And I'm known for my resilience and reliability. I'm the person people turn to in tough times.

Despite my busy schedule, I've created a lifestyle centred on self-care and personal growth, and it's what gets me through the challenges.

It hasn't always been this way. It's one thing to understand you need to look after your health, but figuring out what to do, how to do it, and when to do it is the challenge.

I've spent years learning about different wellness tools and techniques, and how to integrate them into my own life. And now I help my clients to do the same.
