Hi there from The Stress Coach

I know what it’s like to struggle with stress, to feel unable to relax, and to be dissatisfied with my health.

My journey into wellness began with a transformative reflexology session during a stressful time, which led me to pursue training in London and establish Hitchin Reflexology.

This experience taught me the power of a holistic approach - addressing mind, body, soul and spirit in small, practical steps.

As I delved deeper into the connections between emotional well-being and physical health, I expanded my expertise to include Health Coaching, NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and more.

These disciplines have not only reshaped my life but also the lives of my clients, allowing us to overcome fears and embrace growth.

Fast forward to more than a decade later, I continue to support my clients in finding calm and focus, helping them navigate life’s challenges with ease.

HOW STRESS SHOWS UP

Stress has three clear stages. And during each one your body will speak to you. See if you recognise any of these in yourself.

How stress shows up. See how The Stress Coach can support you.
  • Hey - Your body responds with a fight-or-flight reaction, leading to symptoms like increased heart rate, anxiety, and heightened senses. It's a gentle tap on the shoulder. You might experience panic attacks, headaches and IBS.

  • Oi! - If stress goes on, your body tries to adapt. Symptoms like fatigue, irritability, and difficulty concentrating can appear. You might find yourself using numbing behaviour/addictions.

  • Told You - Prolonged stress can result in burnout, with symptoms like chronic fatigue, depression, and a weakened immune system. You might struggle to get out of bed and be signed off sick.

It's my mission to help busy women feel invincible and breeze past whatever life throws at them, by healing their stress and prioritising their mind, body, soul & spirit.

I know your well-being is something you've been 'meaning to sort out for a while.'

That you've been a bit blocked, or felt guilty about taking care of yourself. Unable to find the space to do it, because there's so much other stuff to do.

I understand your stress is a constant low level hum in the background, or at times a juggernaut headed straight at you.

That you might not have realised you were stressed, until someone pointed it out, or you sat back and thought about it.

That you need to make a change because you're stuck in a rut.

But regardless of all this, you still need someone to give you a push in the right direction to sort things out.

So you can feel confident and comfortable in your own skin again. Content and in control. Calm and relaxed amidst your busy lifestyle.
