Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) can help you make quick but long lasting changes to your behaviour so that you can achieve different outcomes in your life.

When you’re born, your brain is a blank canvas. Like a brand new computer has programmes downloaded onto it, your brain stores every experience, memory and emotion you are exposed to and creates programmes that run without you even realising.

Just like an out of date version of Word or Excel, these programmes don’t always create the outcomes you want. NLP provides techniques to help reprogramme your brain to create the life you want.

Working at a subconscious level, it brings to light how you make sense of the world using your five senses and challenges your perceptions, values and beliefs in order for you to move forward.

Hypnosis is an intentional type of trance. It’s an organised way to install new suggestions to your subconscious mind.

These suggestions shift your perceptions and memories and bring about positive changes within you.

Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a westernised non-invasive form of acupuncture.

Also known as - Meridian Based Therapy, Tapping and Psychological Acupressure. Its roots are in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

EFT uses the body’s energy system. Which can become blocked by negative or traumatic memories, thoughts or events. The result is negative emotions.

It’s believed, to be free of physical and psychological pain and disease, your energy channels must be calmed.

Specific points of your body (energy hot spots) are tapped to release negative blocks, free up the energy flow and restore holistic balance.

In addition, statements - which talk directly to your subconscious mind - are used. These allow you to accept problems and free yourself from negative emotions quickly.

Reflexology is a non-invasive, natural, relaxing and enjoyable form of pressure therapy which is great for everyone.

It involves massage and compression to the reflex points on your feet, hands or face. These points make up a mini-map of the whole of your body including each organ, gland and body part.

During Reflexology you can tell exactly which reflex points feel out of balance and which parts of your body they relate to. The point of the treatment is to tease out blockages and return your body to its optimum condition.

You’ll need to travel to Hitchin, Hertfordshire for these ‘in person’ appointments.
